RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY:
- Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery if any damage found.
- Unboxing Video of the package is must for returning the damaged products.
- We do not accept returns and replacements if the product doesn’t fit you.
TERMS OF RETURN:
- Product(s) should not be altered, washed, faded, or has any stains and should not be damaged in your possession. It should be in saleable condition.
- And the MRP tag and labels should not be either discarded or damaged.
- If all the above conditions are satisfied, the product will be accepted for return.
REFUND POLICY:
- The returned products will be checked by our Quality-check Control Team. If the conditions are satisfied, your payment will be refunded properly as per the Return & Refund policy.
- Kindly note that Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- It usually takes 3-7 business days to refund your amount.
- If the returned products doesn’t satisfy the conditions, then the product will be returned back to you. Refund is not acceptable in such cases.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
